Losing weight at home - it seems that this is just a dream. Comfort, comfort, no one bothers you and . . . no one is driving you anywhere. This is where the problem lies.

Fortunately, using human psychology and its influence on the subconscious makes it easier for us to lose weight (as well as do other things).

As a rule, life itself gives me ideas about such an "influence". So it was this time.

Easy idea to lose weight at home

During the next monthly appointment with the pediatrician, it became clear that the son was not gaining weight well (in the first year of life, this is managed quite strictly). They wrote me a big list of what to eat, when and how much. I was horrified when I looked at this guide. First thought: "I'll never remember this! " I had to hang the paper on the refrigerator so I could always refer to it.

A week later, the list was unnecessarily sent to the trash - although I did not set such a goal, it was already clearly stored in my memory.

Around the same time, I noticed that I began to pay less attention to physical activity, especially since the excuse was "iron" - I did not have helpers left for the summer season.

Add movement!

I just hung a list on the refrigerator where a certain muscle zone is indicated against the days of the week:

  • Monday - press
  • Tuesday - hip
  • Wednesday - legs
  • Thursday - Press
  • Friday - back, chest
  • Saturday - hands
  • Sunday - legs

And after that I started doing exercises for the specified zone every day (at least 5 exercises with a total duration of 10-15 minutes). Moreover, I performed the usual and familiar exercises for me: I brushed my teeth and washed the dishes, I danced half-bent or standing on one leg while ironing, and I did short mini-exercises during work breaks.

The result did not take long - the body was "tightened" in just 3 weeks. At the same time, I was constantly reminded to do exercises - after all, hiding is a sin, we often go to the kitchen.

Adjust your diet!

The same manipulation can be done with food.

Follow the principle: I have to eat certain foods on such and such a day, and the rest is up to me - so you won't feel completely restricted in everything.

For example:

  • boiled eggs;
  • fresh carrot and cabbage salad;
  • Apple;
  • pear;
  • boiled fish;
  • cottage cheese;
  • buckwheat.

Use the rule: one meal - only one meal. Breaks between meals are 2-4 hours.

I am often asked: which is better, 2 hours or 4 hours? It's simple - after a snack, if it's really light, it's hard to withstand more than 2-2, 5 hours. And if you eat more heartily, 4 hours is better.

And one more thing: it is highly desirable to eat as little carbohydrate foods as possible at dinner, rather than 3-4 hours before going to bed.

Important conditions for successful weight loss

The fact that you need to drink enough water and sleep - this should be clear to my long-time readers.

In short: drink 30 milliliters for each kilogram of weight (for example, if you weigh 100 kilograms, the norm of water is 3 liters) and sleep at least 7 hours at night and no later than 11. evening.

I would also like to remind you: with lack of sleep, weight loss is 2-5 times slower, with partial dehydration of the body (and it is inevitable if you drink less) - 2-3 times. The results and appropriate actions are up to you.

Another important condition for successful weight loss at home: you don't need everything at once. This means that you first clean up one area, develop good habits there, and only then move on to another area.

You have four areas: food, movement, water, sleep. Start with what seems easiest to you.

When it comes to water and sleep, you can also use reminders on the wall of the refrigerator for proper motivation. For example, a paper with the inscription: "I drink 2. 5 liters of water a day! "At the same time, such an inscription will remind you why you do it - and every time a cooler enters the field of vision.

And most importantly, believe in yourself! Let them tell you that it is difficult to lose weight at home - after all, there are only tests around. And you can!
